Shemford Futuristic School is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Admissions Team.
Position: Telecaller (Admissions)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on skills and experience)
Location: Shemford Futuristic School, Sector 47, Malibu Towne, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents.
- Provide information about the school's admission process and programs.
- Follow up with admission enquiries and schedule school visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or admissions is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
