- Guest Service & Interaction: Warmly welcome guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Order Taking & Serving: Accurately record food and beverage orders and serve items promptly, adhering to hotel presentation and temperature standards.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
- Outlet Coordination: Work closely with kitchen, bar, and stewarding staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure table setups align with hotel standards, clear tables promptly, and reset them for the next guest.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Prepare bills, process payments accurately using the hotel’s Point of Sale (POS) system, and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
- Problem Resolution: Address and handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy, escalating to management when necessary.
Key Performance Expectations
- Revenue Generation: Actively up-sell F&B offerings (e.g., appetizers, premium wines, desserts) while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
- Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Flexibility: Assist other F&B outlets (like room service, banquets, or lounge areas) during peak times or events.
- Hotel Awareness: Possess a working knowledge of hotel facilities, in-house services, and local attractions to assist guests.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
