About Position:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) with over 15 years of experience in managing complex, cross‑functional technology programs. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, excellent at stakeholder management, and able to drive large‑scale delivery across engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑track technical programs.
- Own program planning, execution, governance, reporting, and communication.
- Define program roadmap, success metrics, KPIs, and delivery frameworks.
- Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and escalations across global teams.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Hands‑on knowledge of microservices, API platforms, integration patterns
- Experience with enterprise systems in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom (nice to have)
- Ability to review architectures, solution documents, and technical artifacts.
- Program & Project Management
- Expertise in managing multi‑million‑dollar programs with distributed teams.
- Strong grounding in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
- Proven experience in managing large transformation or modernization programs.
- Education-BE/B.Tech
