- Lead SEESHA’s branding, media & events functions
- Manage creative & production team
- Develop campaigns, short films, documentaries, and events
- Increase visibility across digital, print, and broadcast media
- Lead, mentor, and manage the media and events team
- Oversee full production workflow: pre, production, post-production
- Write scripts for non-profit ads and impact stories
- Produce media content to raise awareness about SEESHA’s work
- Manage relationships with TV channels and media partners
- Execute integrated media campaigns and review digital content
- Oversee website, app, blogs, and other digital assets
- Plan, budget, and organize events and shoots with field teams
- Handle email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns
- Respond to media queries and coordinate external communications
- Ensure brand consistency and fulfill design needs from field teams
- Maintain high quality standards for all media outputs
- Degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 8–10 years in media production, branding, or communications
- Experience in social media video production and scriptwriting
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong digital marketing and media relations knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
