Job Description – Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Ujjain
Salary: Up to ₹12,000/month
Shift: 10 Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team.
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Inspect rooms and maintain quality standards.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Coordinate with maintenance for repair requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle daily operations efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
