About the Role
Vasishta Vignan Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Incharge to lead academic planning, improve teaching quality, and ensure excellent student outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and improve academic programs across the school.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers to enhance classroom performance.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and lesson plans.
- Analyze student performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate examinations, academic schedules, and teacher training programs.
- Maintain academic records and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with the Principal to achieve institutional goals.
- Promote discipline, innovation, and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with 2–3 years in an academic leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and classroom management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience in State Board schools is preferred.
