Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head – HVAC & MEP to drive business growth, lead sales strategy, and manage key client relationships across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC & MEP projects
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
- Identify new business opportunities in real estate, construction, and industrial sectors
- Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and key clients
- Handle tendering, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, execution) for project closures
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
- Lead and mentor the sales team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration
- 10–15 years of experience in HVAC & MEP sales/business development
- Strong network in real estate, infrastructure, or EPC sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, Ducting, Ventilation)
- Sales strategy & business development expertise
