Job Description
- Lead Mechatronics systems Improvement projects
- Participate in review and improve state of the art motion systems (XYT sub microns high G stages / Active dumping Floatation systems / Air&Ball bearings high precision motors...)
- Development of Motion systems test platforms
- Revise and improve existing Motion control loop
- Multiple sources large data analysis for evaluating system performance
- Coach junior team members
- Perform and Support Assembling/Integrating/Testing for Motion systems, Motion test benches
- Lead FA (Failure Analysis) investigations and Field System failure Escalations
- Product Lifecycle management and ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) lead
- Update\write procedures in English
What are we looking for
- Master of Science in Motion control field
- PhD in Motion control field – advantage
- Work experience of 8 years in Mechatronics/Motion control field
- Extensive Knowledge of Motion control & electrical machines
- Programing capabilities – MATLAB/Payton/LabView/C (one or more)
- Knowledge in optics – advantage
- Project lead and management abilities
- Training abilities
Key Responsibilities
1. To design and implement test plans for complex features and modules.
2. To utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency , proactively advocate for timely fixes and quality assurance best practices.
3. To identify, reproduce, and document software defects according to established procedures.
4. To proactively partner with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions, while actively participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
5. To stay up-to-date with the latest testing technology trends , contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks/ libraries and proactively Implement innovative testing approaches to address evolving software complexities.
