To co-ordinate with design team to get the layouts ready
2. To co-ordinate with sales team to give weekly reports such as
a. Number of customers contacted
b. Week on week new enquiry generation
c. Offers submitted
d. Finalized order
e. Critical order under finalization
3. To organize VC meeting and maintain weekly schedules
4. To ensure proper updation on enquiries in the sales management software
5. To analyze the market segment-wise, region-wise, and product-wise and give clear action to the sales team on areas on focus
6. To follow-up with and enquiry till the order booking is confirmed with purchase order and advance.
7. To confirm the delivery date committed by the sales team and discuss with production for delivery commitment
8. To create proforma invoice to the customer and follow-up for payment
9. To maintain the billing break-up sheet, statement of accounts customer wise
10. To check for site readiness and confirm delivery dates to production
11. To maintain all customer related documents such as bank guarantee, LC, etc.
12. To co-ordinate with erection team for live site status and be up to date on all site
