Hiring: Telecaller | Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-3 Years in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Hospitality Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and service information.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer database.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely customer support.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Software Knowledge:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- CRM Software
- Calling/Dialer Systems
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
