We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting business growth activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for client requirements
- Maintain client database and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and support vendor empanelment activities
- Understand client hiring needs and share suitable solutions
- Prepare daily activity and lead reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication
- Strong interest in sales, recruitment, and client handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
