Location: Pune
Salary: Up to 3.60 LPA
Experience: 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage hoarding locations and outdoor branding activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, advertising agencies, fabricators, and media partners for marketing executions.
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate project launches, customer engagement programs, and marketing events.
- Assist in developing marketing content, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor branding visibility and ensure timely maintenance of hoardings and marketing assets.
- Meet customers, channel partners, and vendors to support marketing and business objectives.
- Prepare marketing MIS reports, campaign performance reports, and market intelligence updates.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of branding, ATL/BTL activities, hoarding management, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in market surveys, competitor analysis, and lead generation activities.
- Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby locations for marketing activities and market surveys.
