Job Role
We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Telecaller to connect with students, explain our courses, and convert leads into admissions. The candidate should be able to handle calls professionally, follow up with interested students, and maintain positive communication throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with student leads
- Explain course details, fees, and learning benefits
- Handle student inquiries professionally
- Convert interested leads into admissions
- Maintain proper follow-up records
- Build good communication and trust with students
- Coordinate with the marketing/admission team when required
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents
- Basic understanding of sales and lead handling
- Friendly and convincing communication style
- Ability to manage follow-ups consistently
- Basic smartphone/laptop handling skills
Qualifications
- Plus Two / Degree / Any equivalent qualification
- Freshers can also apply
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
Salary Structure
- Incentive-Based Only
- Earnings will be provided based on each successful student admission/conversion
