Role Summary
As an International Sales Specialist, you will serve as the primary commercial interface between the organization and prospective customers across global markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads, executing targeted outbound sales initiatives, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Execute high-volume outbound calling strategies across international markets and time zones
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and structured follow-ups
- Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a brand representative, ensuring professional and impactful customer interactions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to international audiences
- Manage inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, tracking all customer interactions
Strategic Sales & Market Intelligence
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and leadership for continuous improvement
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts
Qualifications & RequirementsEducational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
(Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or customer success
- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C sales environments preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a performance-driven environment
- Experience working with international clients and time zones is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Effective presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Lead-to-conversion ratio and sales cycle efficiency
- Customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT / NPS)
- Revenue contribution from upselling and cross-selling
- Accuracy and consistency in CRM data management
Pay: ₹12,222.09 - ₹53,595.30 per month
