Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policies. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete HR function while ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Excellent knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.
- Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment, Time Office & Attendance Management
- Experience in HRMS and Payroll Software.
- Good understanding of Industrial Relations and Statutory Compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Furniture/Consumer Durables will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR department.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Salary- 4 LPA to 5.4
Candidates who can join immediately or within 15–30 days will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
