About the Role
- Experienced UI/UX Designer: Strong in user-centered design, B2B SaaS products, and complex ERP workflows, with a proven Figma portfolio.
- Design & Systems: Create intuitive, scalable interfaces with reusable components, design systems, and user-friendly experiences.
- Business Applications: Design high-quality solutions for complex business applications while ensuring usability, consistency, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design B2B SaaS & ERP Experiences: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, including complex ERP workflows and user journeys.
- Build Scalable Design Systems: Develop reusable component libraries, design tokens, and scalable design systems while maintaining consistency, usability, visual quality, and accessibility across products.
- Collaborate & Improve Designs: Work closely with product, development, and business teams, gather feedback, conduct design iterations, and continuously improve user experiences based on user and business needs.
- Deliver High-Quality Designs on Time: Prepare and deliver design solutions within required timelines, including 24-hour turnaround when required, while maintaining high standards of quality and usability.
Required Skills
- UI/UX & Visual Design: Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, usability, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Figma & Design Systems: Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in component libraries, reusable components, design tokens, and scalable design systems.
- B2B SaaS & ERP Experience: Proven portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS design experience, including the ability to design complex ERP workflows and user experiences.
- Professional Skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver designs quickly, along with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
