- Training & Development: Create and conduct training programs, workshops, and spa treatments for new hires and existing staff.
- Skill Evaluation: Monitor, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on therapist performance, techniques, and customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Product Knowledge & Sales: Train staff on product knowledge, retail selling techniques, and upselling treatments to meet sales goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep updated with new industry developments, wellness trends, and techniques.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve overall spa services.
