Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join our formulation
development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing
nutraceutical formulations and conducting product trials. This role
involves working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve product
offerings.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute trials for new product formulations.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of formulation processes and trial outcomes.
· Conduct basic analytical tests including pH, moisture content, protein levels, and bulk density.
· Manage and evaluate raw materials and ingredients through sensory and quality testing.
· Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot formulation challenges and optimize product performance.
· Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
· B.Sc in Science (Food technology and Biotechnology)
· M.Sc in Science (Food technology and Biotechnology)
. B.tech (Food technology)
Experience:
· 2 - 5 years in formulation development within nutraceutical
industry.
