Job Summary
ARB Buildcon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Engineer – Civil to oversee the execution of large-scale civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in project execution, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing large multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Supervise and lead large teams of engineers, supervisors, contractors, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Monitor project costs and support effective budget control.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- 8–10 years of experience in civil construction project execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and project management.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
