Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and patients
- Explain treatment plans and convert calls into consultations
- Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead records in CRM
- Understand patient concerns and provide suitable solutions with empathy
- Coordinate with in-house doctors
- Submit daily reports to the reporting manager
Pay: ₹8,522.98 - ₹15,000.00 per month
