Respond to walk-in visitors, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective students.
Generate, nurture, and convert leads through inbound and outbound communication.
Provide personalized counseling to students and parents regarding academic programs, entrance examinations, colleges, and career opportunities.
Assess students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable courses and institutions.
Meet assigned weekly, monthly, and annual admission and enrollment targets.
Oversee the complete admission process, including application support, document verification, and fee collection.
Offer ongoing assistance to enrolled students by sharing study plans, examination schedules, and college-related guidance.
Maintain detailed records of inquiries, counseling sessions, and follow-up activities.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in the MIS and CRM systems.
Work closely with academic and operations teams to facilitate a smooth admission and onboarding experience.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred for senior positions).
1–5 years of experience in education counseling, student admissions, business development, or sales. Enthusiastic fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve admission and conversion targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with a student-centric, empathetic, and professional approach.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student interactions efficiently.
