Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Telecaller – Student Counselling to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and support them throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Schedule counselling sessions and assist with the admission process.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure timely follow-up.
- Meet daily and monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions, or counselling is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
