Role: Phonics Tutor (Remote)
Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Must be available for the Minimum 4-hours window)
Mode: Online | Part-time / Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dynamic English Communication & Phonics Trainers to join our growing online teaching team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English grammar, and the ability to engage learners effectively in a virtual classroom environment.

Responsibilities
Teach online English classes to students (Kindergarten to Grade 8).
Deliver lessons in phonics, grammar, reading comprehension, and writing.
Engage students using interactive methods and digital tools.
Track student progress and share feedback with parents and coordinators.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in every session.
Collaborate with Spellzee’s Academic Team for training and updates.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Phonics will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable teaching students in an online environment.
- Reliable laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity.
- Quiet and professional teaching setup.
Compensation
- Hourly-based payment structure.
- Monthly earning potential: ₹9,000 – ₹30,000+, based on teaching hours and performance.
- Performance-based increments.
Pay: ₹9,666.61 - ₹30,000.00 per month
