- Role: Sales and Marketing Executive
- Location: Bala Baghya Nagar Junction
- Type: Onsite
- Experience: Preferred in similar sales/business development roles
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for:
- Website Development
- App Development
- Digital Marketing Services
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads
Client Communication & Sales
- Communicate effectively with clients in English & Tamil
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Pitch services confidently to both local and international clients
Sales Conversion
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate and finalize deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
- Generate repeat business and upsell services
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on digital marketing, website, and app trends
- Understand competitor offerings and pricing
Key Requirements
- Experience in business development / sales (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Tamil
- Basic understanding of:
- Websites
- Apps
- Digital Marketing Services
- Target-oriented mindset with confidence in closing deals
Performance Expectations
- Consistent lead generation and conversions
- Contribution to overall revenue growth
- Ability to handle client interactions independently over time
