Job Title: Marketing & Sales Intern (Calling & Lead Generation)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing & Sales Intern who will support both marketing activities and sales outreach. This role involves lead generation, client communication through calls, and assisting in executing marketing campaigns. Ideal for candidates interested in building a career in sales, business development, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Support digital marketing activities including social media and email campaigns
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and closures
- Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Track daily/weekly calling performance and report progress
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Good communication skills (especially verbal and phone etiquette)
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer interaction
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Interest in B2B sales or consulting services
