Position: Solar Sales Executive Location: Rourkela & nearby areas Salary: ₹12,000 per month Incentive: ₹2,000 per customer closed Target: Minimum 3 customers per month Key Roles & Responsibilities: Visit each and every household in Rourkela and surrounding areas Educate customers about PM Suryaghar subsidy benefits Convince customers to install rooftop solar systems Generate leads and close sales on the spot Collect all required customer documents for subsidy processing Coordinate with office team for installation and paperwork Achieve monthly target of 10 successful customer closures Build strong local references and neighborhood trust Candidate Requirement: Aggressive, smart, and confident boys/girls Good communication and convincing skills Field sales experience preferred Must be target-driven and ready for door-to-door visits Passion for earning high incentives
