Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of core chemical engineering principles, process optimization, and project execution. The role involves supporting engineering projects, improving process efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Project Engineer for process engineering projects.
- Assist in process design, development, and optimization.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing and process performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for project execution.
- Monitor process parameters and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support troubleshooting and process validation activities.
- Maintain project documentation using MS Office and internal databases.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of core engineering principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Good understanding of process engineering and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of databases or ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Preferred).
Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar role.
