- Strong programming skills in C, Python, Java, .Net
- Solid understanding of Data Structures
- 3+ years of experience in Training or Academics
- Hands-on expertise in Content Development and Training Delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver training in programming languages and technologies, including:
- C, C++, Python, Java
- Full Stack Development
- MERN Stack
- Web Development (Front-end & Back-end)
- Conduct sessions with an emphasis on practical learning:
- 30% theory
- 70% hands-on (live coding, problem-solving)
- Guide and mentor students to strengthen their technical skills and build coding confidence
- Develop, manage, and update training content aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Continuously track student progress and provide actionable feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and evolve training programs
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and programming tools
