We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our growing architecture and interior design practice. The role involves working on residential and commercial projects across architecture, interiors, and execution, with exposure to live sites and real-world project handling.
This is an excellent opportunity for young architects who want hands-on learning, not just desk work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings in AutoCAD (plans, sections, elevations, working drawings)
- Create 3D models in SketchUp for architecture and interior concepts (mandatory)
- Assist in design development and client presentation drawings
- Work on interior layouts and basic detailing
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and vendors
- Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and execution support
- Revise drawings based on client and site requirements
- Maintain drawing sets and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- Basic knowledge of building construction and materials
- Ability to interpret design intent and execute drawings accurately
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Good communication skills (English/Tamil preferred)
Experience
- 0–2 years (Freshers with strong SketchUp skills can apply)
