Qualifications
- Strong store management skills, including inventory control, stock rotation, and basic documentation.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction mindset, with the ability to support internal teams in delivering quality guest experiences.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with kitchen, service, and event teams, and for clear record-keeping.
- Awareness of retail loss prevention practices, including safe handling, storage, and tracking of goods.
- Prior experience in hospitality, banquets, hotels, or retail store operations preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in hospitality, logistics, or store management is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
