- Assist in managing the Sampling, Production, and quality control for a sustainable women's ethnic wear brand.
- Experience: 1-2 years in women's wear
Skills Needed: We're looking for a graduate, preferably with a background in textiles or fashion, who possesses a strong foundation in fabrics, patterns, and stitching.
Your Role: You'll play a pivotal role in our team, working closely with our Sampling, Raw Materials, and Production departments to bring our creative vision to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the execution of samples and production.
- Creating measurement sheets and finalising the designs with our design head for upcoming launches.
- Keeping daily status reports and production plans up to date.
- Collaborating with our skilled Masters and Tailors to oversee the entire sampling and production processes.
- Ensuring the quality and measurements of our samples and production meets high standards.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with our vendors.
- Sourcing raw materials when needed.
