Chartered Accountant (CA) – Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial accounting, taxation, compliance, auditing, and financial reporting activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation regulations, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of applicable returns.
- Prepare and review tax computations and support income-tax assessments and notices.
- Conduct and coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, profitability, and financial controls.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, government departments, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate internal controls and corrective measures.
- Provide financial and taxation advice to management to support business decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and organizational information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership/qualification from ICAI.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, accounting, auditing, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- High level of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹8,555.25 - ₹41,845.60 per month
