We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 8–10 years of experience in software development, including at least 8 years in a leadership or senior developer role. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and will be responsible for leading and mentoring development teams, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, resolving complex technical issues, designing scalable and secure solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript or similar programming languages, along with web development frameworks, SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and Agile methodologies. Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless computing, RESTful API design and integration, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform/CloudFormation will be an added advantage. You should be comfortable working with Solution Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA and Operations teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives, and driving continuous improvement and innovation. Relevant AWS/Azure/Scrum or other technical certifications will be an added advantage.
