Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive / ManagerJob Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with advertising platforms, and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and manage budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Develop and execute lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion-focused strategies.
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Track and report key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models for accurate campaign measurement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Advertising, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
