We are hiring a Customer Experience Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless sales experience in the automobile segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer journey from inquiry to delivery
- Handle feedback and resolve customer concerns
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales/customer handling
