Job Description – Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content creation, audience engagement, and brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, commenting, and community engagement
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce engaging content
- Monitor audience feedback and maintain positive brand communication
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content planning and social media scheduling tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or influencer marketing
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
