We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, greeting visitors, managing calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized front desk.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in meeting arrangements.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Assist HR/Admin in onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Administration (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in front office/reception role (preferred).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
