Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preference: Immediate Joiners
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of Client & Subcontractor RA Bills.
- Quantity take-off from drawings and BOQ verification.
- Preparation of BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Measurement and certification of executed work.
- Material reconciliation and quantity reconciliation.
- Preparation of variation claims and extra item billing.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors.
- Maintaining billing records, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Ensuring timely submission and certification of bills.
- Sound knowledge of contract conditions, BOQ, and billing procedures for Road & Highway Projects.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Road & Highway project billing.
- Strong knowledge of RA Billing, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Measurement Book (MB).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (Road Estimator preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
