After identifying new business avenues, we expanded our business into various viable verticals, like Costumepeti.com (Costume Rentals), Furniture Rentals, Space Bazaar (Decluttering movements for individuals and housing societies) and more. And for this purpose, we are in search of self driven and enthusiastic Sales Representatives who will understand our vision and work wholeheartedly to achieve our goals.

Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients (leads will also be provided), building and maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting market research to understand customer needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive sales initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Previous experience in property rental or real estate is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry
- Team player
Salary
Base + Commission salary structure.
Base: Range between 25000-50000 per month depending on experience and proven record.
We are currently located at the storage facility in Goregaon East, therefore we will provide pickup and drop facilities to and from Goregaon station and the Aarey Naka (Highway). We will be opening an office in Andheri/Bandra by the first week of June, post which, the Sales Executive will work 2 days from Goregaon East and 4 days from Andheri.
Working days: Monday to Saturday; Work timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
