Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate WordPress Developer with 3+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in WordPress architecture, custom theme and plugin development, PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies.
You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, responsive, and high-performing websites while collaborating with designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on business requirements.
- Design and build custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
- Customize existing themes, plugins, and WooCommerce functionality.
- Develop reusable and scalable code following WordPress coding standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and external services.
- Optimize website performance, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Perform regular website maintenance, updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Troubleshoot website issues, debug errors, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites.
- Implement SEO-friendly website structures and best practices.
- Manage website deployment across development, staging, and production environments.
- Maintain proper documentation of development processes and technical implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress releases, plugins, technologies, and industry best practices.
