Operations & Logistics Manager
The Operations & Logistics Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Live Commerce Program, ensuring smooth coordination between creators, agents, logistics partners, and internal teams. The role involves overseeing creator operations, product logistics, compliance, reporting, and timely campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and monitor creator live sessions to ensure completion of the mandatory 60 hours per month.
- Coordinate with creators regarding schedules, attendance, campaign guidelines, and issue resolution.
- Oversee weekly product dispatches, deliveries, returns, damaged product reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure creators comply with campaign SOPs, product usage guidelines, and platform requirements.
- Track creator performance, live hours, shipment status, and campaign progress through daily and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with agents, courier partners, finance, and internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Verify creator hours and eligibility for monthly payouts before processing payments.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and logistics reports.
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely corrective actions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% monitoring of creator live sessions and campaign compliance.
- Timely product dispatch and return coordination.
- Accurate tracking of creator hours, inventory, and logistics.
- Timely resolution of operational issues.
- Timely verification of creator payouts and campaign reports.
- Smooth execution of all campaign operations with minimal disruptions.
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage logistics efficiently.
- Experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or creator management is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,258.55 - ₹30,192.22 per month
