General Helper
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving goods within the store.
- Support stock arrangement, shelving, and replenishment activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned work area.
- Help customers with basic assistance when required.
- Assist various departments as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: SSLC/10th Pass preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, supermarkets, or warehouses is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
- Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
