As we scale our B2B business portfolio, we're looking for a strategic and passionate Senior Manager - B2B to help us grow partnerships with B2B, tech?first brands.
Role overview
You will lead strategy and growth for our B2B clients and for Clevertize's own B2B practice. You will work closely with founders, business, creative and performance teams to build narratives, plans and campaigns that drive brand, pipeline and revenue for B2B and SaaS companies.
Key responsibilities
Client strategy & account ownership

Own day?to?day strategy for key B2B and tech?first clients in partnership with account and performance teams.

Understand client business models, GTM, ICP, value proposition and growth goals in depth.

Translate business problems into sharp briefs for creative, content, media and performance.

Design integrated strategies across brand, content, ABM, performance and CRM to move meaningful business metrics.

Use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, targeting, channels and formats.
Planning & problem solving

Lead annual, quarterly and campaign planning for B2B clients.

Map buyer journeys, decision?making units and behaviour across different B2B segments.

Identify opportunities for new pilots, experiments and growth plays for clients.

Partner with creative teams to shape narratives, ideas and campaigns that make complex products simple and compelling.
Pitching & business growth

Lead or co?lead B2B pitches from brief to deck to presentation for new and existing clients.

Build clear, persuasive presentations that tell a strong story and show a tangible impact on business.

Collaborate with founders and business team to shape proposals, scopes and roadmaps.

Capture learnings from pitches and engagements to strengthen Clevertize's B2B offering and IP.
Building Clevertize's B2B practice

Help sharpen Clevertize's positioning in the B2B and tech ecosystem.

Work with internal teams to turn our work into case studies, playbooks, frameworks and IP.

Contribute to thought leadership through POVs, talks, content and industry forums where relevant.

What you'll bring

6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand or growth roles, either on the agency side or in B2B/SaaS organisations.

Strong understanding of B2B funnels, buyer journeys and modern B2B marketing (demand gen, ABM, content, lifecycle).

Demonstrated experience in leading strategy for B2B brands and working closely with creative and performance teams.

Comfort with reading data, dashboards and CRM/marketing tools and turning them into clear actions.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in presentations and client conversations.

Ability to work in a fast?paced, founder?led environment and manage multiple projects at once.
Nice to have

Experience with funded B2B startups or tech?first brands (SaaS, fintech, infra, logistics, dev tools, etc.).

Exposure to international B2B markets through clients or prior roles.
