Job description:
- Processes warranty claims on a timely basis as per standard TAT
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. Resubmits all rejected claims promptly as per manufacture recommendation or receives dealer authorization to write them off.
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
- Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of.
- Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped. Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
- Timely E-Tickets raise for Warranty and Technical cases.
- Warranty Store Management & stacking for warranty parts as per claim cycle
- Scarp of warranty parts based on manufacture / Field team approval
- Warranty top failure issue monitoring.
- Information to part store for high replacing parts
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
