TIPS-G is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing admissions, leading the sales and counseling team, ensuring smooth academic operations, maintaining student satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the training center.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise counselors, telecallers, trainers, and administrative staff.
- Develop strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Monitor inquiry handling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Ensure excellent student support and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth batch scheduling and classroom management.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, fees, attendance, and center reports.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and local businesses for admissions and partnerships.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain discipline within the center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in education, training institutes, coaching centers, or sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and admission targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
