Hiring – Freelance Client Success Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and client calls
- Explain digital marketing services clearly to clients
- Follow up with interested leads
- Convert leads into clients
- Support client onboarding process
- Coordinate with internal team for project updates
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Give regular updates and support to existing clients
- Generate repeat business and referrals
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Follow-up and client handling ability
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
- Tamil speaking is mandatory
- Basic English communication preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Erode, Tamil Nadu (Erode District)
