Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth for the company's portfolio of alcoholic beverages.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges, pubs, retail outlets, and institutional buyers.
- Meet Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, Owners, and Decision Makers to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, promotional activities, and trade events.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit plans, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment.
- Represent the company professionally while enhancing brand visibility and market presence.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Alcohol, Beverage, FMCG, or HoReCa sales.
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, bars, distributors, or liquor retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
