- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track, follow up, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Warehouse, support, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Monitor CRM metrics and generate periodic reports.
