Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)
Location: Lucknow and Agra
Job Description: Health Plan Pharma (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented MR to promote our range of psychotropic pharmaceutical products. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring effective product promotion in Indore and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit doctors, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals regularly.
· Promote company products and generate prescriptions
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Achieve sales targets
· Report daily activities to management
· Handle office-related work when required
Requirements:
· Qualification: Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred: D. Pharma / B. Pharma)
· Preferred 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales only. (Good to have experience dealing with psychiatrist, they will be a topmost priority.)
· Skills: Good communication, Good Presentation and convincing skills.
· Local area knowledge of Indore, Madhya Pradesh
· Only serious candidates who can stay for longer duration with the company.
Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 fixed salary + 10% commission on new sales/contacts +Travel Allowance (TA) for outstation travel (with proper original bills)
