Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and order processing
- Coordinate inventory, dispatch, logistics, and returns
- Manage operations across marketplaces and D2C website
- Monitor order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer issues
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and other teams
- Track sales, operational performance, and prepare reports
- Identify operational issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Good knowledge of inventory, order management, and logistics
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
